  Each MADSKULL piece is crafted to order. Production takes 5-7 business days. Delivery takes an additional 3-5 business days.
• ART
  A typical order is shipped within approximately 3 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on the size and destination. If you need your artwork sooner, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can make that happen! We ship most artworks through USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx. If you have a carrier preference, please email us here.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For now, we only ship to the U.S. Worldwide expansion coming soon.

RETURN POLICY

  Each MADSKULL piece is made just for you. Because of that, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or production error. Please double-check your order before confirming.
  
  If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. Every case is reviewed individually—if it’s on us, we’ll fix it. Always.
  
  
• ART
  All artworks are final sale. If you’re not sure about a piece, reach out before ordering — we’re always happy to answer questions.
  
  In the rare case your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and include photos. We'll make it right.

EXCHANGES

All MADSKULL apparel is made-to-order, so we can’t offer size exchanges. Check the size chart carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

EXCLUSIVITY
MADSKULL WEAR shadow drops are released in limited quantities and once they're gone, they're gone. Daily Wear pieces may restock based on demand.

All original artworks are one-of-a-kind.

Sculptures, exclusive prints, and extras (like sticker collections) are released in limited quantities.
