Every piece is moved with care, fully insured, and professionally packed.
- Domestic Crew (U.S.): The cost of transport is already baked into the work. Complimentary delivery across all 50 states.
- International Shipping: Worldwide shipping is active for select regions, including Europe. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Import Taxes & Customs Duties: International orders may be subject to local VAT, import duties, or clearance fees levied by your destination country's government upon arrival. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Secure Vault Transport: Standard vault pieces move via calculated shipping, while Heavy Matter (sculptures) requires custom industrial crating.
- Timeline: Allow 1–2 weeks for preparation and delivery. Crated works and international shipments may require additional time to clear transit gates.

All sales of original artwork and fine art prints are final. Every original piece includes a signed, blockchain-verified certificate of authenticity—the proof of the energy.
- Damage in Transit: Contact studio@mads.art immediately if a piece arrives damaged. The work is fully insured; the legacy is protected.
